Mark Oliphant
Mark Oliphant is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bulk Matrix, LLC. Prior to founding Bulk Matrix, Mark was President of Pangea Packaging, a sales agency firm specializing in FIBCs and other forms of packaging. Mark graduated from Miami University and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and three children.

Justin Dickson
Justin Dickson is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Bulk Matrix, LLC. Prior to founding Bulk Matrix, Justin worked for a packaging conglomerate where he gained 20 years of experience in the FIBC industry. Justin earned his BBA degree in corporate finance from Southern Methodist University and currently resides in San Diego, California with his wife and two children.

Natalia Hansen
Natalia is from Norway and earned her Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Business Strategy from University of Stavanger. She worked for Ving Scandinavia in tourism management and studied business marketing in Argentina. Natalia is fluent in five languages and enjoys playing golf.

Andrew Degnan
Andrew comes to Bulk Matrix LLC with years of knowledge in the food ingredient and milling industries. He understands the critical role that packaging plays in meeting the high quality and safety standards of our customers.
Andrew graduated from University of Wisconsin Lacrosse and currently resides in Overland Park KS with his wife and two children.
